"I've been using this instrument for the last four years. Performance wise the instrument is very good. But while it broke down that time the maintenance service procedure was very lengthy. Communication from the service team is very poor. it took a long time to rectify the issues even after multiple follow up. Requesting SMT to look into this matter. However, from the instrument's performance perspective its quite satisfactory."

"The Purelab Chorus 2 with the 30L reservoir has been providing clean water for my lab's dishwasher without any fault for a couple of years now, cleaning glassware and cages/bottles from the vivarium. The pump for the dishwasher has worn (easily replaced) but the Purelab has still been working great."

"When the de-ioniser works the product is fine. However, it is very temperamental and the after care service is poor. Replacement filters are expensive and the shipping cost for 1 filter is over £16 which is extortionate. The supplier will recommend an engineer comes to fit a replacement filter at over £500 per time. This can be done yourself in minutes. When you do have an issue the call out fee for an engineer (if you can get one) is over £700. I would suggest buying deionised water from someone like water nation instead. We spent a lot of money on our deioniser just 3 years ago and can no longer justify the cost to have it serviced or maintained."
