ProteinScape is the central bioinformatics platform for storage and processing of MS data.

It organizes all relevant data for all types of proteomics projects – including LC-data, gel data, mass spectra, process parameters, search results and quantitative data. ProteinScape provides researchers with sophisticated tools for the analysis and evaluation of proteomics and glycomics data. The first full integrated search engine for glycans – GlycoQuest – is part of ProteinScape.

Features:

  • Gel viewer - View a scanned 1D or 2D gel image, format annotations and export graphic files for documentation purposes.
  • Sequence viewer - Shows the sequence coverage map of the selected protein. Gray bars indicate identified peptides. Observed N- and C-terminal fragments are indicated by red (CID) or blue (ETD) rectangles.
  • LC-MS survey viewer - Represents the outline of the MS data of a complete LC-MS/MS data set. Parent ions for MS/MS and (on demand) raw data are shown.
  • Spectrum viewer - View and annotate MS and MS/MS spectra and export graphic files for documentation purposes.
