ProTeam LC System 320 is a low-pressure gradient chromatography system for biomolecular purification using ion exchange, gel filtration, affinity and other separation media. Built around our high-capacity Foxy 200 fraction collector, this flexible, modular system will provide years of reliable, efficient separations. In addition to collecting fractions by time, peak shape or level, and volume; Foxy 200 also controls the pump flow rate and gradient shape.
The UA-6 detector's built-in chart recorder documents your runs complete with event marks to locate fractions. If you prefer computer data handling, the included PeakTrak software runs on your Windows PC to provide color-coded identification of peak and non-peak fractions
