The R&D Parameter PGE2 ELISA is a 3.5 hour forward sequential competitive enzyme immunoassay designed to measure PGE2 in cell culture supernates, serum, plasma, and urine. This R&D Paramerter assay is based on the forward sequential competitive binding technique in which PGE2 present in a sample competes with horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-labeled PGE2 for a limited number of binding sites on a mouse monoclonal antibody.

These R&D Parameter kits are complete microplate-based assays designed to accurately measure the levels of small molecules.
