Progenesis CoMet has been designed for the analysis of LC-MS data in metabolomics research. It provides a solution to the often frustrating and disjointed data analysis process by applying a streamlined workflow with straightforward analysis steps for quantification and identification of compounds. The data analysis provides precise measurements of compound ions based on ion intensities, including deconvolution of adducts formed during experimental analysis of metabolites. The software uses statistical analysis tools to highlight the compounds that are changing significantly between experimental groups, resulting in a final list of interesting compounds.
