Preparative Columns from Thermo Electron

Description

Get maximum loading and efficiency from your preparative columns. Achieve high loading with Thermo Electron phases and column sizes up to 50mm ID and 250mm length. Our column packing and silica expertise ensures our preparative columns achieve optimum efficiency and lifetimes.

Our BETASIL™ and Hypersil™ 100 phases are ideal for preparative separations. We recommend the separation is proven using an analytical scale column packed with a large particle size silica.

The next step is to scale up to the appropriate preparative size column. Hypersil™ and BETASIL™ phases are based on fully deactivated 100Å pore size silica to give sharp peak shapes for all compound types. BETASIL™ phases typically have 25% higher bonded phase loading than Hypersil HS silica.

BETASIL™ phases are available in 10µm particle size. Hypersil™ 100 phases are available in 5µm for semi preparative work and 8µm, 12µm and 15µm for preparative work.
