"Worked as intended for 2 years before a part inside the generator broke. My company paid for the service agreement which includes (verbatim): "On-site response time of 5 working days for Breakdown/Repair Service". After 2 weeks of being jerked around by their completely disorganized tech support group, an engineer finally showed up and diagnosed the problem. We were promised that the part would get shipped and received by 1/23/2023, and also the engineer would return on 1/24/2023 to repair the generator with the new part, which didn't happen. The part did show up on 1/27/2023 and yet, no engineer has been available to come back for the repair. My coworker put in the request on 1/6/2023 and the generator has yet to be fixed as of 2/3/2023. Peak has the worst customer support I've witnessed in my 13 years of working in industry. The service contract is a scam; if your generator breaks down, just buy a new one. The headaches and pain of just trying to get a response from Peak is not worth it. I wouldn't been surprised if this company had less than 10 human employees working for how inefficient this entire process has been. I'm convinced any responses are bots. On top of this entire ordeal, our other Peak generator had a PM due today (2/3/2023) which had to get postponed because the engineer was having issues with a generator from ANOTHER COMPANY. If anyone from this company cares, feel free to have a HUMAN contact me!"

"After many (MANY!) years of using a competitors Hydrogen Generator we decided to try one from PEAK. We asked several other companies that use Hydrogen Generators and received positive feedback about PEAK. We had the PEAK representative come in and see what we had and what our needs were and he gave us a quote on a model that would meet our needs. It took a while to get it (tough to get anything in the current world) and when the generator was first installed we had an issue within a few days. PEAK sent a real expert and the issue was easily resolved with a reasonable explanation. Since them all is very well. We cannot determine the fortitude of this generator yet, but have reason to expect a long, trouble-free lifespan."

It works flawlessly and is extremely easy to use - you just have to push one button after switching it on. But most importantly, it gives us a steady stream of clean carrier gas.
