Any microplate type from 6- to 384-wells is accommodated including Terasaki formats and BioTek’s patented Bio-Cell quartz vessel for standard 1 cm measurements. A variety of read modes including endpoint, kinetic and spectral scanning assays are available. Applications include ELISA, kinetic enzyme assays, nucleic acid quantitation, A260/A280 ratios, protein analysis and much more.
The PowerWave XS2 offers tuneable wavelength selection from 200 to 999 nm in 1 nm increments and wavelength scanning without the need for filters. Unique 4-Zone temperature control to 50°C, user programmable shaking, robotic compatibility and ultra fast Sweep read mode are standard features of the PowerWave XS2. The instrument’s small footprint is designed to conserve precious bench top space.
