Power SYBR^® Green RNA-to-CT 2-Step Kit is a flexible kit that enables a two-step protocol for performing reverse transcription and cDNA quantitation by real-time PCR.

The kit includes the High Capacity RNA-to-cDNA and the PowerSYBR^® Green PCR Master Mix. The High Capacity RNA-to-cDNA Kit is used to first reverse transcribe RNA into cDNA and the resulting cDNA is then quantitated using the PowerSYBR^® Green PCR Master Mix for real-time PCR.
