Downstream genomic analysis enables discovery of predictive biomarkers to help determine which genomic features may predispose patients to therapeutic response.
OncoPanel™ 240 is a collection of 240 genomically and histologically diverse human cancer cell lines spanning the spectrum of human cancer subtypes. Multiparametric drug response data is collected by high-content imaging, which is then analyzed in the context of internal and public genomics data to identify predictive biomarkers of drug response. High-content imaging provides the flexibility to quantify any biological mechanism that can be detected with a fluorophore and is uniquely suited to simultaneously measure both pharmacodynamic and phenotypic drug responses. Our profiling is not constrained to a single assay endpoint as are most other commercial profiling services.
