"One feature that came with the software purchased along with this system was a color-coding attribute that allowed us to map neurons along the thickness of the neural tissue. We were able to identify spatial positions of about 10-15 neurons and their relative locations. We purchased this system 3 years ago, and have been very pleased with the image quality compared to an older system from a different manufacturer."

"This is a product that you need to use for sometime before you get the best use out of it. But that is the same with most microscopes. I noticed minimal bleaching. Got hours of use and tons of data. I absolutely loved the colocalization info that could be collected with the microscope. I would definitely recommend this product."

"Great optics and images can be obtained with experience. It is excellent for limited use/limited number of users but very sensitive to breakdown with multiple users. In addition to this the software is not intuitive."
