OligoProcess and OligoProcess Industrial is a flexible, fully automated synthesis instrument platform for manufacture of kg-quantities of oligonucleotides.

The OligoProcess systems are custom built and can be tailor-made for synthesis scales from 50 mmol to 5 mole. Each individual system can operate within a dynamic range of 10 i.e a system that has a maximum scale of 1000 mmol will have it’s lower end at 100 mmol.

OligoProcess oligonucleotide synthesizer systems are custom-designed, pump-driven oligonucleotide synthesizers for large-scale production. OligoProcess systems employ the same flow-through column technology as ÄKTA oligopilot plus, but use industrial grade components, which allow operation at scales of 50 mmol to 500 mmol, 100 to 1000 mmol, or higher. OligoProcess is controlled by UNICORN, enabling easy scale-up from ÄKTA oligopilot plus.
