Agilent’s CGH Wash Buffer Kit is used for removing non-hybridized or partially hybridized labeled sample DNA from the array's surface to minimize signal noise. It is validated for processing of Agilent’s aCGH, ChIP-on-Chip and DNA methylation microarrays.

  • Available in two configurations: Manual Processing or Tecan Processing
  • Sufficient buffers to process 40 slides (manual process) or 120 slides (Tecan process)
  • Wash Buffer 1 and Wash Buffer 2 are available in a single format or as a kit
