Contents includes hybridization buffer and blocking agent
Kit should be stored at room temperature. Prepared 10X blocking agent should be stored at -20°C.
Additional reagents are required to prepare the hybridization solution: Human Cot-1 DNA (Invitrogen part numbers 15279-011 or 15279-101 or Kreatech part number EA-020), or Mouse Cot-1 DNA (Invitrogen part number 18440-016), or Rat Hybloc (Applied Genetics part number RHB), AND DNase/RNase-Free distilled water (Invitrogen part number 10977-015).
