The Cabinplant nobbing machine is designed for the cutting of sardines, sprats and other species of small fish. The fish are fed manually, and the feeding speed depends on the number of operators. The fish can be cut in different ways e.g. removal of head, removal of head and tail, or removal of head and tail and cutting into pieces. The guts are removed by means of vacuum. The capacity is approx. 350 fish/min. The nobber is equipped with: Conveyor belt with plastic pockets in which the fish is placed. Manual infeed section with space for 3 operators (can be extended) Cutting section with rotating knives Specially designed vacuum system Safety guard around the cutting section.
