"The Buchi NIR master is a great tool to have in our milk analysis workflow. The pre-calibrated applications for milk and milk products produce great results and are comparable to traditional validated methods. It has enhanced our sample analysis capacity by a big notch. The variety of applications make it a very versatile tool to have in a food laboratory for quick monitoring of quality parameters. The extendable application protocol also helps in creating tailor made aplications for variety of matrices. I highly recommend the NIR master for rapid analysis of quality testing of milk and milk products and other food matrices as well."
