"Ni Sepharose 6 Fast Flow produced by GE Healthcare Life Sciences is used for purification of His-tag proteins. The resin has high binding capacity (Approx. 40 mg histidine-tagged protein). The bind proteins can be eluted using 0.5 M imadazol solution. I recommend this resin to for purification of histidine-tagged protein."
