The FPLC itself is very user-friendly.

"Definitely cost-effective. User interface is also very straightforward, but peripheral devices (fraction collector and Teledyne autosampler) connection is not stable. Representatives from both Teledyne CETAC and Bio-Rad are not knowledgeable about autosampler connection."

The NGC™ Quest 10 Chromatography System is designed to suit smaller labs with basic purification needs.
