"Definitely cost-effective. User interface is also very straightforward, but peripheral devices (fraction collector and Teledyne autosampler) connection is not stable. Representatives from both Teledyne CETAC and Bio-Rad are not knowledgeable about autosampler connection."

"NGC QUEST is an easy platform for analysis of organic compounds. We are working on volatile organic compounds dissolved in water matrices, pesticide analysis on water matrix. It´s a versatile piece of equipment and we can adapt many different detectors, in fact we are developing methods for UV and IR detectors. It´s a reliable piece of equipment with a long Dynamic Range and Low LOD´s. "

The NGC™ Quest 10 Chromatography System is designed to suit smaller labs with basic purification needs. The NGC Quest 10 instrument has automated 10 ml/min pumps that provide accurate gradients for high-resolution separation of proteins and biomolecules. The NGC Quest 10 system supports automated sample injection using fixed or dynamic loops. The detector module includes an LED-based single light source for high-accuracy detection of proteins with simultaneous conductivity measurements. Fractionated samples from analytical- to preparative-scale purifications can be easily collected using the NGC Fraction Collector and  BioFrac™ Fraction Collector . The NGC Quest 10 system includes the following modules and kits:

  • 1 NGC two-tier base frame
  • 2 NGC F10 pump modules , for generating a flow rate of 0.001–10 ml/min at 3,650 psi (252 bar, 25.2 MPa)
  • 1 NGC mixer module small (263 µl), includes an extension mixer barrel (750 µl)
  • 1 NGC single-wavelength detector module – UV detection at 255 or 280 nm combined with conductivity monitor, includes tubing and fittings and one 5 mm flow cell
  • 1 NGC sample inject valve (sample inject valve kit) for automated application of small sample volumes from sample loops or large sample volumes using an optional sample pump
  • 1 integrated system touch screen
  • 1 copy of ChromLab™ software for instrument control, data collection, and data analysis

  • 2 NGC blank modules
