"The PEGs Suite formulated by Qiagen is good for screening the initial crystallization. It is also useful for finding a good solubility solution for the protein of interest. This screen contains 96 solutions with different concentration of salts and also with varying pHs. This screen contains PEGs with various molecular weight. This is very good screen for finding the initial crystallization condition for a protein. Besides crystallization these screen provide an excellent opportunity to find a good buffer for the protein of interest. I recommend these screen to be used for both crystallization and checking solubility of the protein of interest."
