Great instrument, a little complex but written SOP is provided.

"A little difficult to use but the users manual is pretty thorough and the help button is pretty useful. Batch process is very useful. Tubings are stable in polar organic solvent such as water, acetonitrile, ethyle acetate, but seems to have trouble with nonpolar low viscous solvent such as hexane."

"The equipment is easy to use for analyzing pharmaceutical compounds in drinking water, wastewater, lake, run water, river. Its software is very friendly. The reproducibility and sensitivity are very good, allowing low limits of quantification and detection. Maintenance is cheap and easy. Its cost is easily recovered by performing different kinds of analysis in a short time."

Great hardware and support but the software could use some adjusting for new users.

"I would say that the product hardware is great. It has great function and great ease of use. the issue that arises is the LabSolutions software. The software is not as intuitive as other chromatography software in the past. It seems that there is are 4 ways to do any function hidden all through the program and they should be easier to find and use."

"The UHPLC Shimadzu Nexera really surprised me with its roughness. Being an instrument maintenance specialist, this is very important for me. Chromatography is as good as a Waters UPLC and carry over is absent. If carry over is observed, there is more than enough options to remove it. The new rack changer is working properly since there is no error but it is not very efficient."
