Description

 

A digitally controlled bath consisting of a 304 spec (18/8) stainless steel tank housed in a durable paint finished outer case. The reciprocating stainless trolley accepts perforated clip trays for holding flasks, micro-titre plates or test tube racks. The trolley is easily removed for cleaning purposes. (The bath features a stainless steel recessed tray for standing flasks on prior to and after immersion. The heater is concealed beneath the tank and both shaker speed and temperature are solid state controlled. Temperatures are digitally set - the clear display indicates the set and actual temperature simultaneously. Stroke length (amplitude) is easily adjusted and is infinitely variable up to 40mm. The controller features an adjustable overtemperature device, and a fixed overtemperature device is also included. The bath is suitable for 220-240V, 50-60Hz operation and features illuminated on/off switch power and shaker switches, heater, overtemperature, power interrupt and access door neon indication lamps, mechanical safety cut-out and drain tap. By removing the trolley and retaining the perforated tray the product can be used as a standard laboratory bath. Clifton Shaker bath is CE marked.
