  • Application Area: To measure bacterial growth by OD reading, protein and nucleic acid concentration

"NanoPhotometer is very easy to use to measure OD because you can set to the wavelength that you need. There are also a variety of programs set automatically that you can choose, from protein, DNA or RNA concentration. You also have a choice to measure from 1 uL up to 1 mL volume. The customer service received was also great and it is also maintenance free."

"Cheaper than the original Nanodrop and gives reliable DNA/RNA and protein concentrations as well, by using about 1microliter of solution. Easy to use, the necessity to remove the lid completely each time is different than with the Nanodrop."
