MycoSensor QPCR Assay Kit, 100 rxns by Agilent Technologies

The MycoSensor PCR and qPCR assay kits detect Mycoplasma infection of cell cultures by real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR) or PCR in less than two hours. The easy-to-use system can specifically detect the eight most common Mycoplasma species. 

The system uses SYBR Green dye detection. The kit includes a primer mix that amplifies the eight most common Mycoplasma species that infect cell cultures. The MycoSensor qPCR assay kit primer mix can detect Mycoplasma infections in cell cultures in less than two hours.
