"Reproducibility and ease of use was good overall. The only issues we saw were with some of the dispense heads getting clogged and throwing off our calibration. If just one dispense head was clogged or even under-performing for any reason it was tough to clean out since the cassette has all 8 heads together. This wasn't a big issue, it only happened once so far with us. Most of the time calibration is quick and easy. Software is very user friendly and I like that there is always a manual run option if you don't want to program it with the software. It makes small-scale and experimental testing much easier."

"I have used the MultiFlo FX Microplate Dispenser since August 2014 for my routine research experiments and assays such as ELISAs and other biochemical kinetic/endpoint reactions. The dispenser is indispensable in modern laboratories. The dispenser is quite simple-too simple for its capabilities. After delivery of the machine, I easily managed to assemble it following the user manual instructions. On the outlook, it has key advantages based on its unique design. It is unbelievably compact, saving the much needed workbench space. The software and color touch-screen user interface have been well designed for the average user – with fast and simple protocol programming and operation making it the simplest machine to operate! It comes with some typical protocols for quick, routine use, and you can easily create protocols and save them for future use. The Dispenser has been very effective in my research, particularly on the quality of my experiments. Compared to the conventional hand operated micropipettes, I have had the best reaction curves and calibration curves with the automated dispenser. For any laboratory experiments there is no substitute for quality! When you are carrying out experiments with rapid reactions, there is need to deploy a technique that rapidly dispenses your reagents, like the MultiFlo FX dispenser, otherwise the quality of results of the experiment is heavily compromised. Furthermore, unlike the conventional handheld micropipettes, the dispenser removes chances of errors in reagent dispensing that would otherwise compromise quality, cost time from repeating the work and cost more money for costly reagents. The dispensing cassettes of the MultiFlo FX are finely calibrated for volume accuracy. The dispenser can accommodate up to four independent dispensing pumps and cassettes, making it able to dispense four reagents without potential for carryover. There is not much effort needed to maintain the MultiFlo FX. More importantly, there are not any complicated and delicate parts that require routine assembly and maintenance. Only the dispensing cassettes require simple regular after-use cleaning. The after-use maintenance protocols that come loaded in the machine makes it easy to clean it- just a click away and the machine takes good care of itself! The MultiFlo Fx dispenser has an added advantage of versatile use for 6 to 1536 well microplates. Moreover, for laboratories which handle enormous or routine microplate tests, the dispenser comes more than handy. These advantages make the Multi Flo FX dispenser an indispensable effective instrument of great value for your money. I would give the dispenser five stars each for easy to use, after sales maintenance and care and for the value for you money and I strongly recommend it for other laboratories. "
