High intensity molybdenum (Mo) micro-focus X-ray source

Agilent has combined the latest in micro-focus X-ray tube technology with specially designed multilayer X-ray optics to produce our most intense molybdenum (Mo) X-ray source for use with the SuperNova diffractometer. Using up to 50W of power, the Mova produces up to 2.5x more intensity than Agilent's Enhance sealed-tube source. It is the perfect choice for the study of the most challenging, smallest, weakly diffracting crystals.
