mosquito® HTS

mosquito HTS offers an accurate and easy to use solution which can be applied to miniaturising any assay within an automated, high throughput setting leading to significant savings on precious reagents and time. In conjunction with mosquito HV, the scale of assay miniaturisation can be expanded to cover the range of 25 nL to 5µL.


Benefits of mosquito HTS include:

mosquito HTS can be used for miniaturizing a wide range of applications which require a volume range of 25 nL – 1.2 µL, including:

  • preparation of “assay ready” plates for compound screening
  • serial dilutions in miniaturised volumes for generation of concentration response curves
  • plate reformatting, including transfer between different plates types (96-, 384- and 1536-well plates)
  • plate replication
  • molecular biology based applications such as: next generation sequencing, DNA, RNA extraction and PCR/qPCR preparation
