"Mosaic handles compound storage, processing and handling daily in our lab. Easy and intuitive most of the time but also some strange features like when a sample isn't available is says it is not valid which makes customers feels like they did wrong even though they didn't."

"A powerful but complicated software, however if used a lot it becomes simple. Casual, once in a while users have trouble because it isn't intuitive. But, as a power user- I love it."
