miRNA 1st-Strand cDNA Synthesis Kit by Agilent Technologies

The Agilent High-Specificity miRNA QRT-PCR Detection Kit and miRNA QRT-PCR Master Mix Detection Kit provide qualified reagents to polyadenylation of microRNAs (miRNAs) followed by synthesis of first-strand cDNA from these tailed miRNAs. A novel PCR enzyme formulation and qPCR detection reagents give utmost specificity.

The miRNA QRT-PCR and miRNA QRT-PCR Master Mix Detection Kits detect mature miRNA from as little as 15 ng of total RNA input on various sample types. The detection kits also differentiate between miRNAs that differ by as few as a single nucleotide.
