"We are using this kit for clean up our amplicons by following sequencing. Even small amplicons (100-200-bp) are cleaned up with a high efficiency. The performance is very quick and simple. PCR samples only with a volume of 20µl could be applied and the eluent shows enough PCR target for sequencing. Recommended."
