"There is always room for improvement with any system. We trust in Mill-Q and that is the reason we elected to have our new system come from you. After care has not been provided yet, time will tell. we have had issues in the past with timely response for service, hopefully those issues have been corrected."

"The system is great. The installation process was made very easy by having a representative come out and install it. Communications as to date & time were efficient. System is very easy to use. Maintenance can be an issue. The only downfalls I can see (after ~4 months of using it) are: it "squeaks" when it is purifying the water which can get annoying after awhile, and the final filter on the red EPOD keeps filling up with air and requires bleeding for efficient use. Overall, I can live with both of these....but I can't live without the system."

"We have found this product is not user friendly at all. It is very difficult to maintain. It does not recover back to full very quickly at all. We frequently run out of DI Water and need to go to our other lab (which has an Elga MedicaPro) and obtain DI water from that system. After the problems that appeared with this system I decided to change an order on an instrument that had already been placed to remove the Millipore product from the order and change it to an Elga MedicaPro-60."
