System tries to do too much thinking for the user and seems a bit Rube Goldberg (over-engineered to perform a simple task in a complicated fashion). System stopped functioning and had to be rebooted on several occasions. Prices on consumables present a less than forthright situation that I do not care for. The service rep in my area did not respond to my attempt to contact him. It turned out that he was given a new territory and my quest was not forwarded to the new service rep. I would consider another source like Aqua Solution if I where to buy another system."
