Together with Agilent™s miRNA Complete Labeling and Hyb Kit and Agilent™s microarray probe design, the microRNA Spike-In Kit enables increased data confidence and optimal microarray performance.
Hyb Spike-In is labeled with Cyanine 3 dye
Sufficient reagents for 384 reactions (to label and hybridize 48, 8-plex miRNA microarrays)
Hybridization time is 20 hours
Kit is to be used with miRNA Complete Labeling and Hyb Kit (P/N 5190-0456)
All reagents should be stored at -80__C
