The Microlab 600 is a highly precise syringe pump with a graphical user interface designed to quickly and easily dilute and dispense liquids.
Every laboratory has tasks that are too small to automate and too large to reliably accomplish by hand. The Microlab 600 is a semi-automated liquid handler designed specifically for these in-between applications. The Microlab 600 increases throughput and consistency while reducing cost and wasted buffer.
How does a Diluter work?
The Microlab 600's Dual Syringe Diluter configuration uses two syringes to create up to a 1:50,000 dilution in a single step, drastically reducing preparation time and wasted buffer. The diluent washes the tubing between each sample, minimizing carryover.

"For many years, we have been using this dilutor range from the Hamilton Company and it’s good. Previously, we had the Microlab 500 Series and it worked well but somehow the internal structure of the syringe movement got corroded and brittle. We have now been using the 600 Series for the last few months and once in a while we have to tighten and screw the 10 mL syringe otherwise it sucks in air. Also, I have some priming issues with it when I press the priming button for both small and big syringe but they don't stop both at the same time, otherwise this is a good machine."   |
