The MFI 5100  imaging-based particle counters are designed to help you address the US FDA's requirement to characterize and quantify protein aggregates and other particle contaminants sized 2-300 microns in biotherapeutics, and uses a 400 micron flow cell.

So it's ideal for samples wide a broad range of particle contaminants of large particle sizes. Yielding sensitive and reproducible results, the MFI allows users to optimize and monitor their products with novel particle classification. When integrated with the Bot1 high throughput autosampler, the MFI 5100 also provides fully automated testing of up to 90 samples at once, with no hands-on time.
