MetaMorph® Super-Resolution System

Description

The MetaMorph® Super-Resolution System offers a seamless solution to delivering immediate real-time high resolution microscopy within the affordable reach of smaller research and academic laboratories. With patent-pending image processing techniques, the system enables the study of subcellular features at a spatial resolution of 20 nm, an improvement of an order of magnitude over the limit of light microscopy.

Exclusively licensed from the Center for Scientific Research and University of Bordeaux in France, the system builds on the powerful and flexible MetaMorph Software and enables super-resolution techniques such as PALM, STORM, and dSTORM. A unique hardware acceleration component supports fast acquisition and analysis with real-time super resolution image display for extended periods of time, 15 times faster than with conventional CPU. For added flexibility, an optional “offline” mode allows super-resolution processing of previously acquired images.
