The MECOTRODE pH electrode is a high performance electrode for harsh environments. This maintenance-free electrode with gel electrolyte is of overall glass construction and shows a very high chemical resistivity. Three acid resistive diaphragms positioned at 120° angles around the shaft ensure that at least one diaphragm is in the shade of the streaming to prevent reading errors caused by streaming potentials. The internal pressure equilibration design guarantees correct sensor potential, even at fluctuating pressures or temperatures.
