"This is a really reliable and user friendly cycler. I like the fact that the access to the pcr programs are secured and accessible only by the user. This way the programs can only be modified by it’s user and not someone else from the lab. I also like the multiplicity of usages for these machines. PCR and qPCR can be done I the same machine which makes things easier for the follow up of the protocols"

"This thermocycler is super fast. I have also one from Techne, however when I have the same program, this is in 20-30 min faster, the temperature is really rapidly changing. The use of the thermocycler is very easy, the only little small disadvantage is the sound - you can hear the working machine in the next lab. However, I like this thermocycler."
