  • Application Area:Amplify gene product

"This system is very easy to use. The PCR program method is easy to edit. Since the heating and cooling is very fast, each PCR reaction takes a short amount of time. It also can control several units at the same time. So it saves money."

"Very nice design with detachable controller- makes it very easy to enter protocols at any angle or position (a very desirable feature once you use it daily). We have never had a problem with the automatic lid mechanism crushing tubes (unlike with some competitors equipment)."

Eppendorf Mastercycler is the economical option when, after having optimized your PCR using Mastercycler gradient, you wish to carry out an experiment with the usual Mastercycler quality, but without blocking your optimization cycler.

The entire Eppendorf Mastercycler family boasts the personal card system. Chip-based memory cards enable not only simple and reliable transfer of your individual protocols between different Mastercycler workstations but also ensure unlimited expansion of the memory capacity.
