Good product, but the same bad Eppendorf customer service

"Product works as it should and Eppendorf has a decent quality/price ratio - too bad their customer service is one of the worst. On their website, Eppendorf has a sample section where you can order free samples for this pipette, as it only works with specific tips. After asking for a few tips with a smaller volume to see if it fits, Eppendorf just passed us away to some local distributor that couldn't manage to provide them, and replied to our email with a weeks delay. Talking about Eppendorf's horrible customer service, they don't have a real section on their web page where you can raise complaints. Personally, I think you can get a better bargain and good customer service somewhere else."

"It's very effective and precise in dispensing liquids. The product is high quality and the results are highly reproducible. It's very easy to use and Eppendorf is a well-known brand with great products. Everything is easy about its use - user friendly and very easy to input the volume to dispense. We bought it in Costa Rica and our provider always has a great service when any product has an issue or needs maintenance. It's a great price for the quality of the product and service we have had."

"The Multipette Plus allows for easy sample aliquoting in a wide range of volumes from 1 uL to several mL. Some care has to be taken when aspirating the sample (first dispensed aliquot does not have the right volume) and during distribution, as the liquid might shoot out of the dispenser with some speed, depending on the handling."
