Mammalian Transfection Kit by Agilent Technologies

Agilent mammalian transfection kits provide all the necessary reagents to efficiently and rapidly conduct DNA transfection in mammalian cells. It offers a simplified protocol that achieves high efficiency transfections in a variety of cell lines.

Agilent mammalian transfection kits produce up to 100-fold higher yield of stably infected colonies than standard CaPO4. The kits are optimized for 30 transfections in 100 mm tissue culture dishes using a CaPO4 protocol to produce stable transfectants, and for 30 transfections using a DEAE-dextran protocol for transient transfections.
