Application

The MagNA Pure LC Cooling Block, 96-well PCR Plate, is used to hold 0.2 ml PCR plates, 0.2 ml 8-strip vials, or 0.2 ml single vials for the most commonly used PCR block cyclers. It is placed on the stage of the MagNA Pure LC Instrument prior to automatic filling by the MagNA Pure LC Instrument.

The stage of the MagNA Pure LC Instrument includes a cooling area that is designed for various post-elution pipetting processes. Different cooling blocks for different applications can be placed in this cooling area.

The cooling area can accommodate either two Cooling Blocks for 96-well PCR Plates or one Cooling Block in combination with the MagNA Pure LC Cooling Block, Reaction Tubes, or LC Centrifuge Adapters.
