Experience best in class flow cytometry – Discover MACSQuant® Analyzers
Are you in the need of a true bench-top flow cytometer capable of analyzing up to 10 optical channels? Interested in analyzing rare cells in the range of 1 in 100,000 or less? Do you need to analyze the expression of multiple fluorescent proteins within your cells? With the choice of two new optical bench configurations, the MACSQuant® Family of flow cytometers is your solution.
MACSQuant® Analyzer 10 allows sensitive multiparameter analysis via three lasers and up to 8 fluorescent channels. Powered by MACSQuantify™ Software and proven Miltenyi Biotec automation, you can benefit from a complete solution for sample processing: from sample labeling through data acquisition and analysis of up to 96 samples in one run.
Look deeper into cells with the MACSQuant® VYB. Equipped with a violet, yellow and blue laser, the MACSQuant® VYB is optimized for the simultaneous analysis of up to 5 fluorescent proteins, while still capable of detection of commonly used fluorochromes for immunophenotyping.
Both instruments are equipped with renowned Miltenyi Biotec column technology that allows the pre-enrichment of cells for more sensitive analysis. Used to pre-enrich such rare cells as antigen-specific T cells, endothelial progenitor cells, and circulating tumor cells, the MACSQuant® Family of analyzers can expand your flow analysis capabilities.

"Great design at a minimun scale, a clear seperation from other lab equipment manufacturers. However, laser lifetime is poor. Within two years 488nm laser collapsed twice and had to be replaced." |
