As the trend towards decreasing sample volumes continues, it becomes increasingly important to minimise possible interaction between the analytes and the tube. In response to this demand, Sarstedt’s Low Protein Binding Micro Tubes are specially designed to meet the requirements of protein analytics while maximising protein recovery rates. Free of any surface coating, Low Protein Binding Micro Tubes enable recovery rates of more than 99%. Minimising protein loss is particularly essential for low protein concentrations to enable further analysis.

0.5 and 1.5 ml Low Protein Binding Micro Tubes in SafeSeal design can be centrifuged up to 20,000 x g. They are certified PCR Performance Tested and can therefore be directly used in protein analytics. Skilled personnel, clean room conditions along with automated production processes enable contamination-free manufacturing to ensure the certified absence of DNase, RNase, human DNA and PCR inhibitors.

Using Sarstedt’s Low Protein Binding Micro Tubes means minimum protein binding for maximum recovery rates and, therefore, minimal protein loss.
