For deep tissue imaging, the Leica TCS S MP with VISIR optical coating maximizes photon efficiency from 400 to 1300 nm for pre-compensated fs IR lasers and OPO. The new high-NA Leica IRAPO objectives are color-corrected in the infrared up to 1300 nm as well, and minimize the axial shift in colocalization experiments to provide the broadest range of dyes available for experiments. The power of HyD is now available in non-descanned configuration for the sensitivity to image even the faintest structures deep within tissues.
