The Leica LAS AF is an integrated system solution for applications in fluorescence microscopy and image analysis including time-lapse experiments, multi-positioning, z-stacking, and deconvolution.
Hardware and software are integrated for maximum reliability and incorporate standard features for image documentation, processing, quantification and analysis. High content screening automation provides optimal flexibility for data collection, analysis and experimentation. Optional modules for FRET, advanced time-lapse, channel unmixing, colocalization, well plate acquisition, 3D visualization and deconvolution techniques extend analysis capabilities.
