Deconvolution functionality provides increased in-focus, thru-focus fluorescence image resolution for sharp/clear publication quality images. The motorized Z drive offers the convenience of automatic parfocality adjustment, saved focus levels, and automated positioning of various Z levels for multi-positioning and deconvolution. The Leica SmartTouch touchscreen and easy access programmable function buttons provide convenient and intuitive control access to the microscope functions.
