"A generally good product, easy to operate, robust and maintenance is easy too. However one problem with this product is the software.I have found no way to obtain raw data without the software. So I would recommend this product to those chemists who need relatively simple but reliable LC/MS but not so suitable for more advance research especially with unknowns."
