A bit expensive but does the job.

Application Area: Simple sequence analysis, alignments and checks.
"There are sometimes I think "why does it not do that?" but generally it does most of what I want it for. Like all of these kinds of software it takes a while to get used to and discover its potential. I do not think it is any more difficult to use than any other software on the market. It is good that the programs work together and there is no need to change format I do not require all of the fancy programs which are in the suite. I only need the basic Seqman, Editseq and possibly Megalign. Why do I have to pay for what I do not require? "
