Lambda gt11/EcoR I/CIAP Treated Vector Kit by Agilent Technologies

Learn more about using Lambda gt11 Vector Kits to construct cDNA libraries. The Lambda gt11 expression vector accepts inserts up to 7.2 kilobases at a unique EcoR I site near the C-terminal end of the coding region of the lacZ gene. DNA sequences cloned into the EcoR I site of the vector may be expressed as fusion proteins under the control of the lac promoter. Libraries constructed in this vector can be screened with both antibodies and nucleic acid probes.

Lambda gt11 Vector Kits do not allow in vivo excision of cloned fragments.
