The LabGard NU-425 Class II, Type A2 Biological Safety Cabinet can be either exhausted back into the room or connected to a facility HVAC system. "This is an outstanding product. Reliable, quiet and easy to maintain. Only caveat is that the location of the handle on the glass prevents more than one person from using the hood at the same time but the handle is easily removed using acetone."

The LabGard NU-425 Class II, Type A2 Biological Safety Cabinet can be either exhausted back into the room or connected to a facility HVAC system. The cabinet’s airflow is 30% exhausted / 70% re-circulated to minimize cross-contamination of low to moderate risk biologicals in the absence of volatile toxic chemicals.

The NU-425 features the HEPEX Zero Leak Airflow system and is constructed of 16 gauge, type 304 stainless steel as a single shell piece to eliminate potential leaks.

Cabinet controls include a minihelic pressure gauge, motor voltage regulator, audible window alarm, main and outlet power circuit breakers, and power switches for exterior mounted fluorescent lights and / or ultraviolet lights, interior outlets, and blower motor.
